Never seen a star athlete ASK for support due to Race or Nationality

Out of all the years watching all sports from basketball, football, boxing, tennis, baseball, etc. i have never heard or seen a star of a sport asking for support because of their race or nationality.

Just saw joe buck live with the fraudulent one in it, he tried to play the im a american citizen you should support me card & even had the nerve to involve the american troops in it. "support me, support the troops" like a shameless politician pandering for votes.

Ive seen international stars THANKING THEIR respective countries for all their support, BUT NEVER ASKING FOR SUPPORT.

    NEVER.

The fraudulent one even did this during the marquez fight. He did a interview with a hip hop station i think & started complaining about his lack of support & that ALL BLACKS should support him.

Its like he consciously knows that a lot of people hate him yet a lot of people like Pacquiao so he goes the nationalism & race way of trying to get support. Is this the olympics?

Did ray leonard ask the americans to support him because he's american when he fought roberto duran?

Did mike tyson say "all americans should support me because im a american citizen, look we have troops here so support me" when he fought lennox lewis?

Its a cheap & shameless ploy to try get people to love you.

Floyd has always acted like he's entitled to anything he see's fit. He's done this with his HBO "slave wages" comment. His comment that he is the best p4p fighter ever, and his comments suggesting Americans should support him because he's American. He's an asshole. As an American I supported him in the Olympics because he represented my country. Since than I consider him a disgrace.

All of Pacman fans support him solely on race. Nothing wrong with Mayweather calling out to patriotic Americans

ive never heard pacquiao obviously concerned about the lack of support & love he gets that he has to ask philppines to support him because he is a philippines citizen so they should support him.

ive never heard david beckham say support me because im a brit.

ive never heard yao ming say all chinese people need to support me just like mexicans with marquez & phlilipines with pacquiao.
