Floyd of late does not go for the kill and is contend on winning with minimal effort and not get hit at same time. In short, he does not put on a show the fans are expecting in a fight. This so-called slick boxing style is what killing the sport and turning off people to watch boxing. Enough with the bull**** sweet science, its boring. No wonder fight fans are turning to MMA. Only if the sport will attract casual fans will the sport gain back its former glory.
This is the most ridiculous post I have seen in a long time and it is obvious that it was written by someone who knows nothing about boxing. Slick boxing style is killing boxing? Read my lips!!! Boxing is not dead! It is not dying!Boxing is more popular than ever, and part of that reason is because of Floyd Mayweather. The numbers don't lie: 2.4 million PPV against Oscar 875,000 PPV in the U.S. and 1.4 million in England for the Hatton fight; 1 million for the Marquez fight. If Mayweather was so unattractive to fans, he wouldn't be drawing these kinds of numbers and the Pacquaio fight would not be expected to break the PPV record of Mayweather/ODLH. Three million people will buy this fight to see Mayweather fight. Pac could only draw 1.2 million to the biggest fight of his career.

I say, you gotta watch other fighters because Floyd doesn't bring fans to the sport.
floyd's style is a casual fan repellent.

if you want someone to be a hardcore fan of boxing, showing him floyd fights is the last thing you should do
