Strong use of correct grammar and good attention to spelling. You also make 3 totally incorrect points. All in all I'd score this post a 1 punch KO against your boxing knowledge.
Allow me to expand:
1) Both fighters had knockdowns ruled against them
2) If you get knocked down then you would have to do something pretty special in order to win the round. When you score a fight, you consider the knock down as part of a fighter's work that round. Say fighter A is mostly outworking fighter B and landing some good shot, however, fighter A is sent down towards the end of the round you would have to say fighter B did the most damage that round and so you award figter B the round 10-9. However, you then deduct a point from fighter A for being knocked down and so the score ends up 10-8 for the round.
3) Martinez won the whole round yes (taking into account both knock downs) and so the round should be 10-9 Martinez, giving the winner 10 points on the 10 point must system.
