Hating Calzaghe

I will hate on him EVERY single ****in day, that fraud deserves it. Shure I probably make two dozen posts about him everyday, so ****in what? you know the deal, you know I hate him. I couldn't care less if that disgrace died.

Why do people on this forum hate Calzaghe so much? He never insulted his opponents, never cheated and seems a cool guy. Yet everyday there is at least 4 hate threads about him, why is that?

He had great skill could have beaten better opponents but didn't and he made B-hop look like and ass for making ****** comments and not living up to his words......sadly in America anyone who is not American and hasn't fought too many ppl that Americans are familiar with is deemed a hypejob, fraud, ETC.....

But really he unwillingness to press for American exposure earlier on in his career and fighting nad beating old legends.
He said Roy Jones was done in about 2005 and then he fights him in 2008.Barely beat Hopkins.
His resume lacks consistency.

That being said I'm a fan of Joe and consider him a top man altough I do share the general opinion that he is overrated.

I'm Australian and i'm not racist towards welshmen....with that said, Calzaghe is so overrated its not funny.. he thinks he's an ATG...how?? who has he beat??? his best win was Kessler...what happened to him vs Ward....hopkins and roy jones are fossils...jeff lacy is a c grade fighter and eubank was past prime and drained....just the truth...no hate....i like calzaghe's entrance music

He had no business fighting Jones at that point of his career, he really should of fought Pavlik and then maybe Dawson.

thats a ****** excuse, its a generalisation so it was BS to begin with but now its just getting old aswell.

i dont hate calzaghe or any other fighter. i do dislike him though, bcuz hes overrated. hes the type of fighter thats hurting boxing, cherry picks overrated hypejobs like lacy and kessler and washed up old men like roy jones. his resume is painfully weak yet people act like hes an atg. he was a very talented fighter but never truly tested himself. not giving hopkins a rematch after a very close, very controversial SD hurts the sport aswell.

i hear guys saying hes the greatest southpaw of all time, hes not even the greatest southpaw of his time.. casamayor, pacquiao, winky.. hes on the same level as tarver, very good but not great. not in amongst the best in his time and certainly not in the history of the sport.

They were perceived as real threats then......the only reason Lacy is a hypejob is because Joe exposed him as such.....he deserves alot of credit for that win.
