paquiao defense has never been an issue, well mostly because of the style fighters he has faced, We all know Mayweather style is different from anyone Paquiao has faced.. Because of Mayweather defensive style, Paquiao is not going to be able to throw or land alot of punches like he has been his previous fights, If paquiao doesn't bring his defense then mayweather will expose it quickly, also cutting the ring off is what im looking for to see if paquiao does well, the fight will be over quick if he doesn't do that well,,

Mayweather is who he is, he may throw less, but he also drops his opponents output as well. Many have tried the pressure gameplan against him and it was only successful one time, and even then, it was a closely contested fight. Im sure there are posts in here talking about how he "runs" and this and that, but those people are ****ing dumb regardless. I saw makavelli's post and it was a good one and describes alot about how both fighters are. Manny needs to work on fighting floyd if hes on the move, he wont be "running" but hell be on the move and he certainly wont be following manny waiting to get hit.

Mayweather can be more offensive if he wants to be, Pac's output makes him defensive but against flat-footed guys. Pac's output against Movers might slow down, Its something i want to see and am glad we could get to see it against one of the best mover if not the best in the game today.

When Pacquiao get's on his bicycle and covers up he's damn near unhittable as well. Oscar landed less on Manny than he did on Mayweather.

The Pacman hasn't reached his full potential as of yet according to Trainer Roach. I'll have to agree that slight improvements are needed to achieve 100% of his capabilities. JAT

You arent thinking, so thats null and void. For that to happen he would have had alot of closely contested fights since alot of judges look at effective aggression, only one fight of his was ever closely contested. He also wouldnt have 25 knockouts. His KO ratio would like more like corey spinks or paulie malignaggi, you dont get that from just being on youre bike all day.

Thinking objectively, there are only a couple of fights where he got on his bike and stayed there. Again, you arent thinking objectively or with any logical sense, comparing derrick gainer to floyd mayweather is asinine.

even boxing experts know (ask merchant)that floyd runs more than almost anyone.....thats a fact.....not making that **** up.....make a poll on it if you want!...lol...derrek gainer and floyd is very similar......they are both defense first fighters with limited offense......but, floyd is the better version ofcourse....

Bob Arum is a scumbag, robbing fighters of their hard-earned money. He's not the one risking his health in the ring.
