I love the build up and the excitment before a big fight.

But in the ring, I'd rather watch two unknown fighters in a great fight. As long as they're skilled enough.

      Two name fighters
      Mayweather Vs Baldomir,Judah, Delahoya,etc
John Ruiz Vs anybody (unless he is getting KTFO by Tua)
Klit Bros' Vs Just about anyone

      A great fight between unknowns
Somsak Sithchatchawal VS Mahyar Monshipour in 2006

Does Mayweather-Castillo 2 fight counts as a ****ty fight? Cuz I liked watching that fight?

        I really didn't like Pac-Barrera 2 I thought that was a ****ty fight.

But, if we are comparing Stichatchawal-Monshipour to Floyd-Oscar, Judah, Baldomir? Then yes give me the unknown fighters.

Really I love watch fights where I could make a case before the fight for either fighter to be able win.

Most of the time you would rather watch a good fight, but there are times when even if a fight isnt the most spectacular it is very significant and leads to other good things so you want to watch that.

I like all good fights, but I have to admit, when you sit through long undercards with unknowns, some fights are indeed crappy.

But when you hit a gem, it's awesome.

I think with bigger name fighters you are automatically dealing with a much higher skill level, unless of course you get the great unknown, and a great battle.

I think a lot of true fans endure some **** fights because we are hoping one of them will be gold.
With name fighters there can be stinkeroo's too, just less of a chance because of the skill level.

Yeah well that's what I mean........two unknowns giving their fight of the life and thrilling all boxing fans............or two "names" who could care less bout you or me (the fans) and don't fight for legacy (hint hint) and go on record saying they don't wanna get hurt they only fight for the money and nothing else (hint hint)

I take the two lesser known fighters any day of the week and twice on sunday!!!

                I love that ***** on your avi......my lord....:bukkake:...wow...:bukkake:..ok but I digress........

yeah the build up or hype to the "big name fights" is great......but I think that is the same thing that makes them ****ty....cuz many times the buildup is so great and the deliverables are so ****ty that it just leaves you with an empty feeling and 60 bills lighter....

I think no name fighters have more to prove than the superstars, more hungry, don't have the choice to cherrypick or not!!Gotta ride with no name fighters!!Friday night fights on Showtime constantly have awesome fights & more exciting than the hbo spoiled stars!!For example King Kong-Perez was great!!

a great fight between nobodys. hmm i guess he means something like this: Martin Rogan vs Sam Sexton 1st fight, a good fight between not the most known guys in boxing. Floyd vs Marquez, a pretty ****ty fight because Marquez was out of his depth no disrespect to Floyd but the fight ******.

                      I hate the Somsak-Monshippur example.

Just because you didn't know them, they weren't unknown.

They were fricking champs fighting for a championship.

That's much different than an unknown fighting on an undercard that you go to.

How champs can be unknown is beyond me. You just need to do a little searching to find their fights.
