If he could have altered his gameplan the first time(why didnt he, if he's going to do it now? was it the socks?) it certainly would have been a different fight. There's no way Hopkins would be scared of a man that he pummeled into semi-retirement. Plain and simple. I know your PR and a Tito fan, but its the truth.
Ha, so the true nuthugger is outted! There's no need for iwatchboxing to even respond anymore. At least my opinion is based on actual events and not an accident of birth.

If I admire Hopkins, it's based on his accomplishments and not his nationality.

      Ok, Ive had enough.

Tito is a 1 dimmensional fighter, who blinds people with his punching power. For anyone to say, that Hopkins "got lucky" against him, is ridiculous, And Nuthugging in Itself. There is no way Tito will win a rematch....because he is not that good a fighter. He was lucky enough to have wrapped his hands against Joppy, who would have beat him with "another gameplan" like some of you say about the 1st Tito/Nard meeting. He will get outboxed by Wright, who is IMO also a better fighter than Tito, and was thoroughly outclassed by DLH (who was robbed), and was on the verge of knocking Trinidad out in the early rounds. Why he ran? who knows. You would really be setting yourself up for disaster, if you are assuming Tito is any different since the first match.

      Beat Mayorga?

Please. Mayorga sucks ****. He is one of the most 1 dimmensional mediocre fighters, who impressed people with his punching power as well. Catching Forrest with a lucky punch, as well as blowing Andrew "Six Deaths" Lewis out of the water. Look what happened when that ****** faced Spinks. He was completely dominated round after next. He also was made to look silly against Forrest in their second fight.

There were points of the Tito/Mayo fight, that reminded me of exactly Tito lost to Nard.......he does not know how to box. Any fighter with a jab, who can distance himself, will easily outbox him. That is a FACT.

It seems hilarious and unwarranted that some of you label others "nard nuthuggers" when someone needs a spatula to remove you from Tito's nutsack. He is not that interesting a fighter anyway.

Cheato Trinidaddy's Boy. (like SturmRules Says). That is exactly what he has become in my eyes. A 1 dimmensional cheater, who has an overly accute annoying fan following.

He is actually 1 dimensional borikua without a chin, Hearns would destroy him...I bet if u tie Hearns's right hand so he can't use it, he would outbox Trinidad with his jab, might even tko him....quit nuthuggin Trinidad, once he gets outclassed by Winky, watch Winkys name go up like Hopkins did, Sturm would even give tito a boxing lesson...

Winky will be my hero when the Trinidad nuthuggers stop nuthugging!

You know what I don't get...

everyone compares Hearns to Trinidad...they were not even close to similar, Hearns had a beautiful jab, he had a beautiful right hand, he had beautiful footwork, he had beautiful everythin except a chin, but made up for it with power, and he had heart...

Trinidad just has uhhhhhh.....a beautiful left hook with a nice straight right hand, no jab, no footwork, no skills, no defense...

Y'know, I paid attention to the posts of Godzhand, duece_drop and Runw/knives and I can definitely deal with the comments they made!Hahahahahaahahaha.

exciterx and iwatchboxing you totally have embarassed yourselves as two hypocritical nuthugging partisan fake ass boxing critics and **** you, very much. I choke myself just for mistaking your posts for a second as an honest, thoughtful expression of an intelligent poster and his ******ed brother.

You may have boxing knowledge but it's totally discreditted by your obvious preference for one nation's fighters ... or is it a territory?

            I forget.

You haters need to stop with that grandpa **** of Hearns was god ect, cause Trinidad would KO his ass, he got KO'd in three rounds by Hagler, and Benitez was right on his level during their time, get with the times, Trinidad is a good fighter, he use to box very well, you guys act like you started watching boxing yesterday, and were brainwashed by old guys, Trinidad has moved up in weight, and still is doing good, unlike Duran who you guys worthship, Tito wins most of his fights, infact lost only once to date.

Hearns fought an uncharacteristic fight that night. He rushed in and decided to prove a point. Just like William Joppy did against Trinidad, if the two were to use their boxing skill (which I might say....supercedes Trinidads), the outcome of their respective fights would have been different.
                  Ecuses

                  Good, but not God.
You said it, not me, so you must think it.

never seen that side of the slugger before.
Put on Campas or his fight with Thaim, even DLH.

What era did Benitez fight in again?
Benitez fought Hearns, hes one of the reasons Hearns is so highly regarded, and their fights descion was disputed.

Watch, seriously man. Is being Puerto Rican the only thing that matters in assessing a fighter's talent level
And dont give me that Puerto Rican thing, cause Mexicans are the ones who call Chavez god, its not us, you guys keep confusing us for you.

Where's the risk. Don't you all say that BHop dominated Tito easily. If you are that superior you can do it twice. NO FEAR!

Your argument don't make sense for all practical purposes.

BIG MONEY + SUPERIOR SKILLS =NO FEAR. Then why be scared?
