      So let me get this right, Floyd wants a guy who was superfeather weight just 18 mths ago to fight at 154?

              correct, but they both agreed in writing and neither guy weighed in over 147.0

                i was talking about divisions. 147 division = 141-147 and 154 = 148-154

                    no, the statute is exactly as I quoted it. 8oz gloves can be worn from 135-147 if both participants agree in writing. Over 147 its not even negotiable, they must wear 10's.

                    If both sides do not agree, then anything over 135 gets 10's. Call Kizer if you dont believe me
