NOW he's taking them AWAY from that 144-145lb CATCHWEIGHT by requesting a 154lb weight. Pacquiao will now SAY 147lbs which is WHAT Floyd wants in the 1st place. HE set all of this up by not making the 144lb CATCHWEIGHT against Marquez FUELING the BELIEF that he's struggling to make the 147lb limit!!
