Wow this is a good topic theirs always alot of heat when u mention these two guys lol - I agree with alot of you make sense (ex. BennyST, Periks19, jhollywood81, tortilla warrior, etc.) you guys have a point good post!

For Cotto vs Castillo or Foreman not good for him hell loose alot respect from boxing fans, etc. If he doesn't want to fight Margarito thats fine but he should fight the best bc thats were he belongs my choices for him will either be Mosley unless he wants to move up to 154 then he should fight the winner of Paul Williams or Sergio Martinez & if he wants a tune up he should fight Cintron!

For Margarito, sorry buddy but u gots to start over like Mosley (dont mean to bash the guy love Mosley he is one of boxing best im just setting an example all i gotta to say to Margarito keep fighting anyone, anywhere, anytime!

Cotto is afraid of margarito, period. Just because a strange substance was found, all of a sudden everyone became a margarito hater. He gives a great show everytime he fights. And it´s a fact they checked his gloves in the cotto fight. Did they check cottos? Mosley? What about steriod-pumped mosley? And did margarito have plaster on his chin vs cotto? Hahaha he received all of cotto´´s blows and waas still fresh. Against mosley, sugar hugged for half the fight and that drove margo nuts. That should be illegal. In a rematch, margo would win.

Lets say for arguements sake "Cotto is scared and dont believe he can be Cheato"...who cares. Its still not worth giving him a shot and putting Cheato on the map again.

cotto fans were arguing with me and calling me dumb for backing a pacquaio win, even though I liked both guys, some dude wanted to argue that cotto had a better defense than pacquioa, that is why he would win. I hope Cotto the best for the rest of his career hopefully he will comeback strong, i would like him to get a new trainer, who will give him better tactics, Latin Heart is a great thing but tactics versatility and styles win fights against the greatest opponents. he probably should fight someone like Castillo, Casamayor, Calazo Ricardo Torres as a comeback fight maybe in april or may then, if it comes of well he could go for Mosley, Berto or Margarito after fighting those there aint really one he should fight

Before the Pacquiao loss I wanted to see Cotto face Margarito but after that....I think Miguel needs a break. He's had some tough fights and if Margarito was to walk him down again then I dunno I would hate to see Cotto go through that again.

If I'm Cotto I would be thinking "**** Margarito" too. Cheatin ass *****. That's why Cotto is in the shape he's in now is because of the plaster Margarito had to use to beat him. And they just let the fight go on. The damage was done and now it shows in his last few fights. That scar tissue will never heal properly if he keeps fighting. Anybody who can justify Margarito's actions is an idiot. Cotto should do any one fight of his choice and then retire.

What has he done to grant himself a fight with the WINNER of Mosley/Berto?

Maybe he could fight the loser of the fight or man up and take on Margarito and try avenging that loss.
