It's clear that Manny Pacquiao has refused both a March and April date after claiming he wanted to fight Mayweather on video. He has DUCKED Floyd Mayweather. No ifs, and, or buts about it.

Pac ain't duckin nobody. He might have his priorities screwed up at the moment, but I don't think at all he's scared of Floyd. Why would he be?
