Looks like Floyd giving another concession in order to make the fight as if 50/50 split wasn't enough not to mention an unheard of 14day cut off.

    Truth hurts doesn't it?
Like they always do. Lie, lie and lie some more.

It was. You still living in the past ? Here in 2020 Manny has just beaten one of the top WWs in the world. While Floyd is busy making little coward fighters like TankerBell

Manny's attorney, Franklin Gacal, told The Philippine Star that it won't happen until the mid or late point of 2010.

          I read it, did you.

Too bad Floyd came up with excuses after excuse to duck Pacquiao.

What a ****** attempt. Did you really think that would work?

“As of last night, Manny said he doesn’t want to fight in April or even May. There will be no fight. Maybe it will come after the elections,” said Gacal. “Everything will depend on the developments after the elections. But again, as of last night, the March 13 and May 1 dates for Pacquiao’s next fight are out."

And the March 13th date was agree, to fit in with Pacquiao running for election.

Then Floyd got scared and made up excuse after excuse.

Pacquiao turned down the fight over a drug test, said he didn't want to be tested the week of the fight. Mayweather offered a 14 day cut off, which isn't the week of the fight to any normal person. Pacquiao turned that down.

He didn't want the fight. Sorry. Pacquiao didn't want to risk losing.

He did, and it turns out USADA never blood tested any fighter during the week of the fight.

And in all Floyd's fights tested by USADA he was never blood tested more than twice in two weeks prior to the fight.

First Floyd said 3 blood tests,
                  Pacquiao agreed.
                  Then Floyd said 30 days
                  Pacquiao agreed.
Floyd said up to the day of the fight.
                  Pacquiao disagreed
                  Floyd said 14 days
                  Pacquiao said 18 days

Those 4 days make zero difference, but Floyd would budge and it was getting to January, so Pacquiao had to move on.

Floyd was just making up excuses to duck the fight.

This was proven when Pacquiao after the Clottey fights, said he will agree to the blood tests Floyd was demanding, and Floyd said he wanted to retire again and not think about boxing when asked about fighting Pacquiao.

You're confused or lying. Arum and Pacquiao said 3 blood tests and named the dates, they asked for 30 days then 24 days too when Mayweather offered 14.

Now you've proven you're a liar or don't know what you're talking about. Cong****.

Pacquiao said from day one he will take any test the commission sets.

Floyd said he never wanted to use the commission only USADA

Now we know why, because they let him illegally dope by allowing him to take PED masking IVs.

When Pacquiao agreed to anything, Floyd made more excuses.
Like he wanted to spend more time with his family, unfortunately that meant beating them up.
