As long as it happens then it's fine. I'd want Pacquiao to be 100% for this fight rather than fighting with an injury or not being ready in a mental state of mind. People act like they've never waited for a big fight before. It will come around soon enough.

May 1st could be enough but even then his schedule will be ridiculous but that could be doable, although I'm not sure he'd be at his best by then. Even Roach before anything was discussed said May or June at the least. People need to chill.
I don't blame Pacquiao much... I blame his camp... if you are running your mouth you should know where it's at... I mean they talked about Floyd... it's not like Floyd who starts talking about being the best... they talked about Floyd... so put up or shut up...

If he is injured he shouldn't fight but the funny part is... that that is never even mentioned one bit... if they say he ain't ready because of injury... hey no problem... but obvisouly he was ready for march against Foreman (because they thought that May wouldn't take that date)... so how in the world can you have an injury and be ready for one fighter but not for another...

But I guess that's the usual Bob Arum-Freddie Roach BS that most ppl on this forum like and even back up

i already know alot of pacs fans will come in here and start bragging about how pac calls the shots etc, but if the shoe was on the other foot, it would be a different story. i think people need to make up their minds on how they want to treat this.

Team Manny said they wanted the fight on March 13.
Then they said they would also do May 1.
Floyd agreed to 50/50 on both dates and now they are looking to push back further.

                wow

honestly.. i figured there would be some bs with this fight... but i thought it would come from mayweather. This is starting to stink of arum and Top Rank bs. Mayweather can't be discredited for this one and i've been one of his biggest detractors on the whole "ducking" subject. Time for pac to quit making excuses. They talked alot of trash and don't seem like there going to back it up

I'd say the same thing if it was Mayweather, assuming it was the same situation of course but it wouldn't be. Mayweather would probably never even say he needs to train harder because Pac is his toughest fight, he would do some lame excuse. He also never fought Cotto in the first place.
They'll fight, its just a question of when.

[QUOTE=Check;6849788]Are you a boxer or a politician? Sign the damn fight or retire. This is the fight everyone wants to see and the two fighters owe it to the fans who pay their bills. If you don't do this fight then just leave the sport, goes for both guys. Sick of the bs of these two drama queens, moaning over a few million bucks while others in the world sc**** for their next meal.[/QUO
agree 100%. these 2 are acting like the world revolves around them. I hope they both retire so that they dont hold the boxing world hostage... at this point Im so sick of their BS after BS, I dont even care about the fight, probably wont even watch it... screw off
