Maybe but I don't care, I just want to see the fight happen.

I would be willing to bet a lot of them were mexican fight fans hoping to see him lose. Most people who watch want him to lose you al lknow that.
I can see if it's not your favorite style..but if you can't appreciate it..then I don't see how you can call yourself a boxing fan..
I appreciate ALL styles..even the Klitschkos..except when they fight fellow their Euro's cuz they go too easy on them..lol
Who has better Defense than Mayweather?..
Who has better Offense than Pacquiao?
and I bet you tuned in to ALL of Mayweather's "Boring" bouts for whatever reason..and that's what Casuals do..***** and moan about how boring it was if it isn't Gatti-Ward type..

It is possible that the fight is marginal in the excitement category, but it is also a huge contrast of styles and that sometimes makes beautiful fights.
I think it will be pretty good, I don't expect anything real crazy but I think people will be satisfied especially if they put together a decent undercard with up and commers or good unknown fighters in tough competitive fights.

I appreciate the thread but i feel that Pacquiao is gonna make it exciting. Though when you look at the stats/numbers:
The last southpaw Mayweather faced, Judah, made it a very difficult fight and Manny is better in every dimension. Pacquiao will be relentless and sharp, I think he will be just way too much for Mayweather.
I think Manny has the perfect offense to beat Mayweather now too. The stright left to the body make him bend down move to the right and land some killer left hands.
The problem with welterweight superfights is the weights, Heavyweight fights are much less risky in terms of snoozefests.
