This is boxing.."The Sweet Science" you can't just love one style and hate the rest..

I'll admit..I like toe to toe exchanges but I like defense and smarts too..hence why I like mainly boxer/punchers but when you got the best offense clashing with the best defense..I can't see it being boring at all!..

and FUCK the casuals..they'll do what they always do..complain and moan but still tune in..I'm worried about my own liking of the fight..only way I see a disappointment is if they clash heads and it ends early in a NC or an early decision..ha!..

Exactly! I am as hard core of a junkie for boxing as anyone on here. But us hard cores are such a minority that we can not lift up the sport with out the help of the casual fans. When boxing gets the stage and is the center of the sports world for 5 hours they must produce a fan friendly entertaining fight. This means the main event and the undercard. There is so much money involved in a Pac/May fight that the undercard could consist of 2 more HBO caliber main events. They need to put the money on the table so the young guns fight eachother as well. Like a Danny Jacobs/Fernando Guerrero type fight or something along those lines. I know that is not how "boxing works". but money talks and bs walks. This fight will be boxing's Super Bowl, boxing's shining moment. A dud fight will set boxing back 2 years or more.

Hes draws the people in with his talking. They love watching the 24/7 and eat the hype like candy. That is why so many people complain hes so boring after seeing him for the first time.
