i'm sorry but if it wasn't for 2 close fights with pacquiao......marquez does not get in the HOF.

morales and oscar were obviously past it. (morales was shot by the 3rd fight)

that said morales and oscar was like a decade younger than casamayor.

santa cruz beat casa for god's sake and katsidis was whooping his ass.

That was more due to the fact that Casamayor didn't take Santa Cruz (His former sparring partner) seriously. Casamayor was still really good. He was suppose to struggle against Katsidis.

i was impressed with how he won over joel and diaz. i dont know why people are crapping on him for the pac fights - he made those fights close and competitive. Why act like he owes Pac? Those fights were close because of him, not because Pac had an off day or whatever. If he's HOF on the first shot, it's because he earned it.

Morales was shot in the first fight and still beat Packy. Was up on all the cards in the second fight prior to being stopped. Totally gone in the 3rd fight.

When its all said and done, people will say that JMM fought Floyd better.

Sounds weird cuz' he lost a U.D, but that has more to do w/ a counterpuncher vs. counterpuncher matchup than anything.

Packy will get stopped against Floyd or beaten up badly.

JMM is smarter, better technically and has more heart and courage than Packy.

The only place Packy is better is primitive savagery.

katsidis has no business beating up casa. just like juan diaz had no business beating up marquez.
