Trainer Freddie Roach has confirmed BoxingScene.com's big scoop over the weekend, Manny Pacquiao may move up to 154-pounds to target a world title shot against undefeated WBA champion Yuri Foreman. Foreman and Pacquiao are both promoted by Top Rank.
