Heck if he can fight Foreman @149lbs, why didn't he fight Cotto at the real Welterweight limits ....140-147? No it wouldn't be fair becasue his opponent wouldn't be weight drained.

Here is a novel idea....>Pacquiao & Mayweather should fight at a the weight limits whether it is at Welterweight or Superwelterweight.

Pacquiao has only proven himself at Junior Lightweight/Super Welterweight after being a Great Featherweight Fighter in my book. Why would go ask... because that is the only belt he has won at the weight limits (David Diaz) since he vacated the SuperFeaterweight Belt.
