I would honestly, train and train and train ... Manny needs to learn how to box not fight mayflower. If he goes in thinking it will be a fight he's sadly mistaken. If manny opens up and doesn't play it smart and tech he's going to get set up, shook and then he will pot shot him till round 12 for a mayweather ud.

Manny needs to learn how to box, to be honest that is is biggest weakness. When cotto started to box manny was really ineffective. And cotto stole some rounds, may will come to box. If manny can find opening to make it a fight they he should commit to those chances. But he sould take what may gives him... If he fights outta sync with the flow of the fight... May will kill him. He need to work on slipping the jab or timing it with his left. He also needs to not lunge in with his shots... May may not be a huge puncher but if you body weight is behind you moving in like bute timed andrade you get shook.

I don't get this thread. You ask for what our fight plan will be and if it will work. Why the hell would someone make up a plan and say that it won't work?

my fight pan is be very careful and be ready to explode any second. don't be mechanical but more organic and smooth like floyd. dont act unconsciously, see first and then react. focus and using your brain is very important. try not to make the same mistake twice. i know this is all very vague

pac's swarming ability would be great against floyd but first he'd have to get him in a shell, and they would have to be small flurries often. hit and go back to covering up, in long ones he might end up countered. basically dont go for the KO, try to learn floyd, impossible to do in a few minutes but hopefully watching film of him would help.

i'd say manny's blocking is good enough but he should invest in some better head movement. he should try different things like fighting tall, becoming smaller during the fight. has manny fought any southpaws? floyd can fight southpaw quite well. also i think castillo taught some tips on how to **** with floyd. basically manny's offense is great though he does telegraph sometimes. i think he really needs to worry about his defense. and i think floyd really needs to worry about his offense because manny is hard as a rock right now and knows how to cover up well

I'm a fan of boxing... be be honest i like pac as a man, but floyd in the ring is really good, really really good. I'm kinda torn, if floyd wasn't so much of an *******..i would be his # 1 fan. i love how he fights... but he's such an ass... it's hard to like him, i'm not hating... but if i had a friend i would rather has pac as a friend.

castillo has done the best so far and that was boxing him, fighting small with good headmovement, not committing too much to punches, tight defense, effective pressure, not trying to land a big hook, but to get in range to touch him .. havent seen the fight in years though so i shouldnt talk abou tit

i would disagree, manny's defense is either to be on offense, or to use his legs. but blocking and his back peddling is the worst for such a champion. he let cotto hit him?!? to test his power? not good he need to be razor sharp just out side of floyds range and hope to god he doesn't get caught with a flush left hook. power = timing + placement + speed for floyd, pacs is speed + techinque = power.
