they count the ring belts from 126..and 140..he's really a 5 time world titlist and a 2 time linear champ at(126.140 i know he has other linear titles as well)cause he didnt win world titles at 126,not 140(ibo isnt a world title)

Technically if you only count the 4 major belts then yes he is only 5. But, if you count lineal claims then he is 7.

They actually do keep tracks of who has held there championships. However they stopped doing it in the 90's. There are not a sanctioning body in a sense pay them to be there champ. And, they strip you if you don't who they tell you to fight.

Actually Ring and lineal is 2 different stuff. For example Roy was the ring champ at 175. But, Dariusz M. was the lineal champ.

Pac was lineal at 112, 126, 130, and 140. Held titles at 122, 135, and 147.
