How about the many times Vargas hit low or the thumb to the eye? Vargas even admitted he hit Tito low intentionally. It's not like Vargas was the cleanest fighter in the world in that fight. Both men fought dirty at times during the fight it's just that Vargas uses that as an excuse for losing. People also seem to forget all the punches Vargas took in that fight. That is why Vargas lost that fight. Vargas took control of the fight for about three rounds and it was Tito's righthand cracking Vargas' chin that gave Tito back control.

I will say this much, during the vargas fight, I do think that the low blows had a big effect on vargas, maybe the 12th round would have been diff

12th round wouldn't have been different. Vargas was hurt and the ref. stopped. Vargas lowblowed tito as well. anyway idk if tito cheats. i doubt it b/c hopkins is the only person i remember complaining about his wraps.
