They both suck, I don't see any significant change for the better any fighters they train. I have seen both of their fighters get out boxed on more than one occassion. They know the sport, but I don't think they are too good at teaching it...

Yes, In my opinion, Emanuel Steward is the best trainer ever..IMO!!! Look what he did to Thomas Hearns, Gerald McLellan, Michael Moorer,Lennox Lewis, etc. It's like he teaches u power, and doesnt make u do all them ****** weights but teaches power and his like a ****in wizard...He led many fighters to great victories...Holyfield over Bowe, Pryor over Arguello in the rematch, DeLaHoya over camacho and 2nd round knockout over david kamau, he led hamed to some victories but Hamed just ****ed around to much, etc...

      Emanuel Steward is a wizard...

        Best trainers

I'm going to have to say that the two top trainers out there in terms of between round instruction goes to....

        1. Dan Goosen, Hands down. That guy is a genius. He points out strengths first and what was done right than goes into little details that fighters can incorporate into the fight. His instruction is top-notch.

        2. Orlando Cuellar, another positive guy who draws the most out of his fighter. When he told Glen in the 11th round, "go out and give it your all. Then after the round is over, I'm going to bring you back and you can do it again." He even had me believing that Glen was going to will his way into another upset. And he did too.

definitly Mcgirt, Roach is so overrated, as pac was getting schooled he kept telling pac the same thing over and over again about morales tiring and saying manny has too much power. he should have told him to try and win some rounds instead of constantly telling him to go for the kayo

I agree, Roach is one punchy bastard.

I remember when Morales was handing Pac his ass, Pac goes to his corner with a hopeless look on his face. Roach goes "YOU GOTTA USE YOUR SPEED" ..lol

as for best trainer, it'd be between Eddie Futch, Emmanuel Steward, or Angelo Dundee. Realistically the best trainer out of these three though, is Futch. Joe Frazier, Ali, Holmes, Bowe.......he's had some great ones.
