If Pacquiao chases Floyd around the ring does that play into Floyds style of boxing?

that was deceptive because Mayweather wouldnt lung at Pac with chin out swinging wildly.

Why are people not looking at styles?

there is a difference between effective aggression and ineffective aggression...

Just because Cotto might be more powerful than Mayweather doesnt mean much because Cotto doesnt use his power wisely. Mayweather places accurate hard shots and conserves his energy. If Cotto is too slow to hit his target, what use is his power?

Mayweather might not be a 1 punch KO artist but I wonder why everyone he fights they respect his power?

all boxers lunges to extend their reach when in the act of throwing a punch, especially the straight punch. all opens up on this side of his body/face/chin at this split second of that punch. it's the speed and timing that opponent will have to take advantage on this split second opportunity. you can't single out mayweather that he did not lunge with his punches and show his chin at this point.

it will be a battle of who sees who's punches. pac's song entrance "eye of a tiger" for no reason at all. sharp eyes, great reflexes. sometimes mistaken he's closing his eyes...lol. he would be ko'ed even during singsurat days if he closes his eyes, those little guys at the flyweight /featherweight are really really fast.

just cause cotto ain't floyd doesn't mean that cotto is slow and inaccurate.

they aren't afraid of floyd's power, they are afraid that they are getting outpointed.

Mayweather will be the most accurate puncher Manny has ever been in the ring with. He will show him every punch in the book & I think that will be to his advantage. Manny was able to prepare for Cotto easier because there isnt much to Cotto's offensive arsenal other than a nice left hook and jab. Mayweather will not be in range for the smaller, shorter Pac.....He will not get off b4 Mayweather, and if he does he will be countered. Manny has to jump in to get off his attack and all Floyd has to do is step back and counter the shorter smaller man.

Cotto took more damage in the Margarito fight than Mayweather has his entire career well all knew Cotto would get hit a lot. Manny was faster & has better footwork than Cotto. Cotto stood right infront of Manny. Mayweather IS NOT COTTO!!! So to think that Manny is just going to one punch KO Mayweather or over power Mayweather is absurd.

Juan Manuel Marquez showed how to be effective vs Manny..when he lunges in, take a step back and counter. When Manny gets hit or attacked, he puts his gloves up and just goes backwards, Manny isnt effective fighting backwards and I see Mayweather bringing the fight to him as he did Judah. If manny has to go backwards how can his come forward style of attacking be effective? it is clearly apparent in this video below that when Manny Pacquiao is attacked or countered his offense is non existent.

In this VIDEO^^^ EVERYTIME Manny gets hit he goes into a shell. He doesnt look to counter or fight back until Marquez stops attacking him....I am sure Mayweather has noticed this....

Diaz, DLH, Hatton, & Cotto were unable to neutralize Manny's attack so Manny just kept attacking....but when you attack him he doesnt appear to be the same monster

Holy crap, I think this is the ugliest post I've ever seen. It's virtually unreadable.

But anyway, I ain't getting into this. Nobody ever said Pacquiao will punch Floyd once and he will drop dead, and nobody ever made a direct comparison between Cotto and Mayweather. I can't even be bothered to read the whole thing anyway, no offense Jiddu, but my eyes are bleeding bro. Don't compare the Pacquiao that faced Marquez at 130 to the Pacquiao of today, though.

If you watch Pacquiao-Barrera closely, Pacquiao cuts the ring off as good as the best pressure fighters do when MAB tried to give movement.

Pac doesnt have a choice..he gets in his rhythm when he bounces up an ddown and goes in and out and stalks and throws combos at angels..he cant do that in a stationary position waiting on floyd to attack...He will be getting turned in circles and confused against mayweather on route to a boring decision loss
