Rigghhhhhhhhhhhhhht..... so we watch Danny Williams take Tyson's best shots, get wobbled, but then come back with his own and KD Tyson, who sits down rather than be humbled. Then we watch the same Danny Williams get knocked to bits by Klitschko in arguably the most one-sided heavyweight title fight in history?

I see what you're saying... a guy who KOed Tyson in four didn't even have a prayer against Vitali... which means Tyson would beat Vitali. I see.




Let's bring up this "knee" thing. While I don't believe in dirty fighting (but bearing in mind during the Williams fight Tyson seemed to think his head was an extra fist) the entire reason why Tyson's knee went - apart from the fact that he's old and shot - is that Williams was leaning on him during the clinches. Rather than duck under and step back, Tyson tried to push the 18 stone+ Williams off... a ploy by the Williams camp. And one that someone with Tyson's experience should not have fallen for.

Of course, Tyson went three more rounds with a completely useless knee, right?

Incidentally, Danny said that the uppercut from Tyson made a white light go off behind his eyes and he was disorientated for about 15-20 seconds. But he categorically stated that Tyson didn't hurt him with a single body shot, only the ones to the head.

1. If you really think that Danny Williams beat Tyson by clinching you really ought to watch the fight again. Preferably without Tyson-tinted glasses.

get off it,were not talking about tyson outside the ring(or holy for that matter) this is boxing what u do in the ring is what counts so stop with the role modle and trash talks on 2 of the best fighters that the 80's-90's had(even lewis doesnt come close to a prime holy or tyson sucess,skills and most of all entertainment---truth is lewis had a easy era of boxing to get through with old holy's and shot tysons and big guys with no skills)

i dont think tyson has much of a chance against VK but i would order it and so would millions of others because its tyson vs the guy who took lenox to the edge and lost the fight but didnt get beat.So i dont think it will be that hard for tyson to conncet on VK but if tyson cannot catch him within 4rounds this fight will be a landslide vitcory for Vitali.

The best heavyweight of the 90's/2000's was without a doubt - LENNOX LEWIS.

Yeah, Holyfield was a great fighter, and so was Tyson... But neither of them dominated the division the way Lennox did and for that lengh of time either.

Lennox Lewis had an easy era?... What about Tyson?... LOL!...

Holyfield was great, and had a lot of heart but he got beat a load of times...

Maybe Lennox Lewis wasn't the most entertaining fighter of the three, (And I only think that is because he's not American... American's like to see Americans and that's it... Personally I think he was VERY entertaining to watch, he was a student of the sweet science), But I think that "skill wise" Lennox Lewis wins hands down over Holyfield/Tyson.

he is like Butterbean now, fighting well past top 50 boxers in non boxing states with corrupt refs etc, WELCOME TO THE CIRCUS.

He will not beat a top ten guy again, its guys like Tyson Holy and Bowe that are ruining this sport to the general public.
