But, he was getting backed up by soft puncher and if you look at JMM legs it was shaky in the beginning and Casa was old lets be real. But, credit to JMM for KO'ing 2 fighters who have never been KO'd. He won cuz of skills he adjusted but again watching those fight you can tell that was his limit. Is just so much you can go up. That is why we have weightclasses...

Diaz also backed Freitas up so Im not so sure thats an indication, besides JMM is a counter puncher so he's gonna back up anyway so he can stay in his punching range.

nope...but i definately think he's faster than gomez. he looked slow in their because he was in there with floyd.

I personallty thought JMM didnt carry his weight up well into LW. He didnt look that great against Juan Diaz. He was more below 135.

IMO Freitas lost his heart after he fought Corrales. So in the Diaz IMO Freitas wasn't a fighter anymore. It wasn't in him anymore...

I dont think Hatton is the measuring stick, I think he's too much for Marquez and especially fighting in Europe where he will be allowed to rough Marquez up and fight dirty.

i think id should have rephrased the title to rusty offense because he was sharp on defense...it seem to me like he was either holding back, lost confidence or it was ring rust. he used less than half of whats in his arsenal.
