To be honest its just a pickem fight at this point, styles make fights as they say....but i will say this tho, manny has never fought anyone w/ the defensive skills of mayweather, his opponents are usually tailor made for ko's....they match him up with mexicans who are too tough for their own good half the time, i mean david diaz, hatton, cotto....those aren't the most slick fighters in the game, tough guys w/ heart but still, pac need to prove himself against a slick boxer if he wants to take it to the next level....and he should fight shane before he starts claiming best welterweight crown...i mean seriously? Floyd Mayweather fought DeLaHoya at 154lbs. Manny Pacquiao fought a Ricky Hatton that was already knocked out and plus he fought with his chin in the air. Floyd Mayweather fought an undefeated and Confident Ricky Hatton and knocked him out. Manny Pacquiao fought a Miguel Cotto was knocked out by Antonio Margarito; plus he was slow and unsure of himself which equals=No Confidence. Floyd Mayweather fought an undefeated Diego Corrales who was also a champion.

Manny Pacquiao moved up in weight and fought a very limited David Diaz and it still took him almost 12 rounds to knock him out. Floyd Mayweather moved up in weight and took on the best the division had to offer him; and won a decision over Jose Luis Castillo and gave him an immediate rematch and beat the brakes off of him. Manny Pacquiao knocked down Marquez 3 times in the first round, and still had a draw. Now that is really pathetic. He lost both fights against Marquez and would not fight him a third time.

So it seems to me that Manny is the real fraud. He ask for catchweight fights so his opponents come in drained and you want to say (wow, this guy is ****ing awesome) I would say: wow, this gay guy wants all of the advantages because he or his team doesn't have confidence in his ability. Enough with this BS catchweights; it's taking away from the opponents of Manny and he is not as good as you think he is, otherwise he would have gave Marquez a third fight after 2 tough fights. He would not ask for catchweight fights against and old DeLaHoya or an underconfidence Cotto. Enough with the hero attitude on Manny, he is more like a zero. Heros don't ask for this many advantages.

Did you even look at Pacquiao's resumen and compare it to Mayweather's? Who has Manny beat that's great? Well they sure are a lock at the top 50 atg. Barrera, Morales, Marquez, and De la Hoya (you could say oscar was weight drained). You tell me any of Mayweather's opponents that is a lock at top 50 atg (Marquez was a bloated up lightweight and I got my prediction 100% right for that fight. He was already too hittable at lightweight). Even Coralles wouldn't be at that rank. Don't even tell me that Barrera was washed up when he fought Pacquiao. He was only 29 and after that, he beat Morales. Morales was only washed up at the 3rd Pac fight.

Co-sign. I had him against Diaz, DLH, and Hatton but I really believed that Cotto would be too much for him. Wow, was I wrong. I never imagined Pac could defeat PBF because of the size difference but now I think its a pick' em fight with the edge going to Pac for the simple reason that PBF hasnt been challenged in such a long time. He is a tremendously skilled athlete but I don't know if he remembers how to respond to difficult situations. I won't bet against Pac but I might against Mayweather.

Plenty of people thought that Cotto was going to give PacMan problems because of his strength and size. That's it. Cotto is a fighter that fought everyone within his division exept for Berto and Williams. But at least he fought the rest of the best. Saying that, Cotto got smoked or almost got smoked by some of the ww's elite and not so elite. So PacMan does the same to Cotto and you think PacMan is going to do the same to Floyd? Floyd aint going to sit there and play the macho game. He's a boxer. And he's gonna box the hell out of PacMan. Maybe he won't knock PacMan out but he's going to win. Period.

pacs a tough fight for any fighter within his weight but mayweather is on a different level.manny can take out brawlers but pbf is a skilled counter puncher.i give pac the 1st three rounds then floyd will start the spanking.

I'm still in two minds about it. Sometimes I think it's 50-50, other times I wouldn't be surprised if Manny blitzes Floyd. What I don't see is Floyd dominating. Could be wrong, but if I go with my gut, Floyd isn't winning this one.
