I don't degrade Cotto but you have to look at the facts. JINKEES are making Pacquiao the best fighter of all time and he hasn't fought the best welters yet. Is Pac the best Jr. WW, yes. Is he the best light weight, yes. Cotto was game but he is not the best. Pacquiao has that opportunity to clear all speculations. But for now let's hold off on the coranations untill he beats the best welters. When that happens then all you JINKEES can have a field day. Pac isn't a scrub.
