I never heard of the "Gusi Awards", but it goes to show how all they care about is who shows up!! Award ceremonies are just publicity platforms for people to pat each other on the back!! Getting an award or not getting one doesn't enhance or diminish all the humanitarian work Manny has dedicated for his country!!! Shame on "Gusi" for reacting so pathetically!! All their boycotts won't change Manny's attitude for his charity work. He's not doing it for awards!! They embarrassed themselves...NOT Manny!

I'm Pinoy, living in the US for 17 years, WE have Filipino Channel at home but this is the 1st time I heard of this Gusi award!!! The Gusi was just Grandstanding.

The guy has no right to comment like that. Pac never ask to be awarded of his award. Pac doesn't need it anyway. He has too many already.

What the heck! you give an award and talk like **** in front of many people is worst than not be able to attend the awarding itself. To ambassador Gusi, you can keep your award to yourself, you could have handled this better. It's only because it's Pacquiao that is why you're making it a big deal. I know it could have been different if it happened to the other awardees!
