    Well then your a fucking idiot like him too

    What competition have WK and VK defeated? Anyone who moved like Ali? Pressure like Frazier, Power like Foreman? They have defeated no where near the level of comp that was around back then, and as I pointed out, they were able to go pro back in the early 90's, but only started picking up all the belts after LL retired and Evander declined so badly he lost relevance.

      Ummmmm... I don't know if you know this, but Ali, Frazier, and Foreman were all Olympic Gold Medalist when amateur boxing was modeled after the pros.

      Ali, Frazier, and especially Foreman didn't just beat the boxers from the USSR, they destroyed them.

          Ali won an Olympic gold medal against communist fighters.

                Also make sure you frustrate him out.. Call him names, hit him and do a Mayweather(run) and let him move his fat ass to come chase you. etc..

                That'll affects him mentally which will affects his stamina big time

                  Basic things you should keep in mind:

                  K.I.S.S. = KEEP IT SIMPLE, ******.

                  Keep your guard up and stay accurate and if you guys are as new as you say, then wasting energy in this could be your downfall.

                  You're trying to prove a point. Box him to death and show him what boxing is really about. If you wanted to KHTFO, then you should've called it an MMA fight. Knock him out the way a boxer would, not a four hundred pound gorilla.

                      Recently I was finally able to convince my friend to try boxing. But then he brags that he doesnt need training to keep up with me. All he needs is his instincts.

                      He finds the idea of training to get better in boxing a funny idea. Tomorrow will be his first time to come to the gym and he said he wants to do a 3 round spar with me and I want to effin teach him a lesson to make him understand the importance of training.

                      the problem is I only have 2 months of boxing experience and its already been 5 months since my last session.

                      Can you give me some advice on what to do to punish my friend? Like what are the most effective combinations to use on a complete newbie or how to dodge newbie punches. I really want him to recognize the importance of training. Thanks

                      Edit: I do have cardio though I do jog for 30 minutes everyday. But i dont know if its enough

                      2nd edit: to the persons who want to see the film of the spar:
                      I really want to do that but even though my friend acts like that he is still one of my closest friends. If I allow one of my friends to film it then thats like Im just showing off(If I dominate him) and im not that kind of person.
                      Let me get this straight. You want to punish your friend to teach him a lesson about the importance of training,yet you havent trained in 5 months?
