Since you already have the basics, just be sure to move around the ring and jab his face while circling him and slip his shots. He will tire out from chasing you.

I predict you friend won't have any clue on distance so he will throw wild punches and his breathing will surely suck so try to jab his face/body then nail him with a straight/uppercut/hook upstairs or downstairs then weave away.

Then as your friend starts tires, throw more combinations.

Also, post your sparring vid on youtube because we wanna see what will happen

Youre absolutely right man Thats what I plan to do Cause he doesnt do any cardio work at all. haha however if I move alot he might not come to me so Im gonna be the one to come to him.

Just tell him you wanna film it for constructive, educational purposes.

So that you can see whats working.

If he says no, punch him in the face.

Im pretty sure he doesnt get in street fights. And street fights wont help him anyways right?
Sure. I suggest just blocking and evading for awhile. Let him get tired and then you'll have a much easier time. Throw a straight left to the body and then Right hook to the chin. Nubs never see it coming.

Record it and post on Boxingscene too.

                Oh yea...very important.

When he hits you. Show him your utter contempt for his puny punches by mocking him.

                Like so.

Hehehe Thats what Im thinking too. But it just doesnt feel right. I get the feeling he is gonna think that I want to film our spar to show off. Nevertheless I would still try to convince him in a joking manner. If he accepts then Ill post it on youtube!

Recently I was finally able to convince my friend to try boxing. But then he brags that he doesnt need training to keep up with me. All he needs is his instincts.

He finds the idea of training to get better in boxing a funny idea. Tomorrow will be his first time to come to the gym and he said he wants to do a 3 round spar with me and I want to effin teach him a lesson to make him understand the importance of training.

the problem is I only have 2 months of boxing experience and its already been 5 months since my last session.

Can you give me some advice on what to do to punish my friend? Like what are the most effective combinations to use on a complete newbie or how to dodge newbie punches. I really want him to recognize the importance of training. Thanks

Edit: I do have cardio though I do jog for 30 minutes everyday. But i dont know if its enough

2nd edit: to the persons who want to see the film of the spar:
I really want to do that but even though my friend acts like that he is still one of my closest friends. If I allow one of my friends to film it then thats like Im just showing off(If I dominate him) and im not that kind of person.
WEll you don;t have much experience yourself, with the new guys, just keep your chin down, hands up and in tight, and try to punch straight, don't go nuts throwing wild sloppy shots.

On another note, your friend is a ****ing idiot, I hate people like that.
