I can't believe people are comparing Fanny Pac to Henry Armstrong.

Armstrong didn't need a handicap to beat bigger guys..he beat them at their most effective weight.

The Filipino Fraud is just that until he proves otherwise.

Granted Henry Armstrong won 3 titles in three different divisions when there were only 8 divisions at the time. A lot of people thought be beat Garcia for the middleweight title as well though it was scored a draw. Armstrong is probably the 2nd greatest fighter all time in my eyes. Pacquiao has won 7 titles in 7 divisions though, which puts him with the all time greats. A great accomplishment that no other fighter has done. Pacquiao has always fought the best fighters out there as well. Mayweather for the most part has taken the easy road and avoided the toughesst fights our there, especially at WW. That's just the facts
