Tunney, its a fight things get rough in there....he did his job which was to win, your beef is with the ref not Ward. If you have a problem with fouls intentional or not, then scrutinize the ref for not calling them. Kessler too even because he should also protect himself and know how to defend against them better, he being much more experience and a former world champion.

In all fairness it was a pretty bad intentional headbutt but I think Ward would have beaten Kessler regardless, wrong styles I think.

The last headbut was the worst, but overall, there wasn't as many as some are making it out to be.

Also, in regards to the holding and hitting, Reiss was allowing both fighters to do it. He told them to punch out. He also went to Kessler's corner and told him that when he says let go, he can keep fighting. But when he says stop, you stop.

Ward took advantage of the situation, Kessler didn't because he is unable to fight on the inside.

also worth mentioning is ppl complain ward did alot of clinching, but early on kessler was the one holding on to ward. then as he got desperate he started throwing in close, ward knowing he had the fight in the bag was smart enough to hold on himself at that stage. but overall the clinching was evenly divided and like you said the headbutts wildly excagerated. ward beat him easily, fouls or no fouls. he showed he was beyond doubt a far superior fighter, its beyond me how ppl can try to make excuses.

I just re-watched the last part of the fight.

He definitely should have been disqualified after the last headbutt. It couldn't have been more obvious that he was doing it intentionally, and with the confidence of knowing he wouldn't be disqualified.

And if he's a devout Christian, why did he lie and say the headbutts were unintentional? A "Son of God" wouldn't do that.

yes. that post interview telling a tail after he was shown i think twice in slo-mo him leading with his head.
and then andre first answering saying that the crowd knows he wasn't intentionaly hbting.
oh and if odt intended this win for him then when he gets ktfo then he wills that too because he don't believe enough.
