Ward is unpolished as a fighter, you seriously think Froch and Arthur are gonna let him do all that inside work and hold for 99% of the fight? His hands are always dropped and he always drops down low when he is hit, this all isn't good for him. I just can't wait till he is knocked off, his style sickens me. Trust me any strong SMWs will manhandle this guy.

People can say what they want, about the headbutts, but they played no role in the outcome of the fight. He schooled Kessler from the 1st round, until they stopped the fight. Speed kills, and his subtle movement gave Mikkel nightmares. Ward fought a beautiful fight, and landed enough bombs to get kessler to respect him.. My issue with euro fighters who fight mostly in Europe, is they are protected from fighting the best in the world. These two could fight ten times and Ward would win 9 out of 10. I picked Ward to win the tourney from the beginning, I was one of the 9% who picked him. I strongly feel he is the favorite, and has better punching power than Dirrell. His defense is as good as any veteran with 15 years fighting at this level. Kessler was a sore loser in the end, and didn't want to give any credit. I say this right now, if Calzaghe came out of retirement, he would lose to Ward and Bad Chad! Way to go Ward in representing the U.S.

I think they teach Euro fighters to blame the referee when they take a ass whooping... i.e...Hatton, Froch and now Kessler.

What a joke and really I think Ward is gonna do a job on all of them,while all these guys try to load up on Ward he's beatin em like a drum.Never thought much of Calzaghe either he fought people past their primes and got out before some1 took him out.Just another white hope out-quicked,out-hustled,he looked like a lumbering ox who just couldn't get it right,sure Abraham can punch but after he misses over and over and gets smacked in return he'll start to fall apart and may get knocked out himself.It's like John "The Beast Mugabi vs Hagler,one fighting style with no plan B,way to go Ward and let's get rid of these other European bums as well,there have been some great European fighters but not in a long while.Too bad Roy was too old to put Calzaghe away after he stunned Joe with a short punch,both Hopkins and Roy would have killed Joe in their youth,pisses me of that we didn't get to see him in against any1,and if he comes back and fights anybody who's young and talented I think you'll see that he has a glassjaw,

Biased officiating? Kessler forgot that he was in a fight is all. He convinced himself that the rules were somehow different in the States.

I don't think he was used to being hit so much........ the 2 head butts didn't give Ward the UD win on all 3 score cards. Watch Wards 20 other fights. He is as he said, he's not a dirty fighter. Its a "clash" of styles not heads.

Kessler didn't have heart, never has. He's a good fighter but needs to get with the wizard of oz and get himself a heart.

Yes.....I agree. Andre Ward should have an extra golve fitted on his head. This is the first time I have seen him fight and he most definitely is a dirty fighter. I'll be pulling for Taylor if he decides to fight Ward because I don't like dirty fighters.

Kessler looked robotic tonight. Ward was doing anything he wanted at will. He was switching it up. Outside of the headbutts (which I don't think were intentional) Ward fought a technically flawless fight. If I'm the other boxers in the Super 6 right now, I'm shaking in my boots. Ward has quick lateral movement. It will be hard for anyone to find the proper formula to attack him.
