He's a tall boxer for a filipino...A lot of people are tagging him as the next Pacquiao...I hope he lives up to the hype ...His current trainer is nonito donaire SR I believe...Roach needs to train this kid.....

He got alot of potential to be great.
I hope they manage him carefully and not rush him against tough opponents at this early stage of his career. He's only 19 with only 14 pro fights.
They should take it easy on him or he might end up just like another Fernando Vargas.

Unprofessional move by Sonsona. The fact he came in over two pounds over makes me think that he didn't even try to make the weight. I won't pass judgement on him though until I see him in the next division. But making weight is a part of an obligation as a pro boxer and I'm tired of boxers not living up to that obligation. Especially when training and nutrition is better today than when the old timers fought.

love the way ronnie jr. toned it down cause the headrer i saw at f.i.g.h.t.n.e.w.s was ,sansona loses belt on the scales.if you don't make weight you get striped .you aint fooling no one.vacating is different.

i stand corrected,but still if he doesn't try to make the contracted weight then hernandez is at a huge disadvantage and almost impossible for him to win the title.
