Manny Pacquiao just did 1.25 MILLION with who Floyd said no body knew.
and since when is floyd mayweather jnr the authority on finances and promotion in boxing? lol

This pretty much ends the Mayweather/Pacman fight

It isn't happening, if this fight done 1.5 then i think Floyd would take 50%, i don't think he will anymore

yea..you are correct..but just didn't feel like arguing with him about that statement.

This is still good for boxing: back-to-back million buys, but I did expect more though.

No doubt about it. They have to make it happen, no excuses.

add to that the fact that pac/cotto was priced higher than floyd/jmm and pac/cotto sold out and they didn't have to hand out any free tickets, plus pac/cotto didn't fall on a holiday, nor did pac/cotto have 6 months of promotion... adding all this up, means floyd will have to bow down to 50/50 or even 55/45 in favor of pac.
man please, get real! 55-45 pacman will never happen! u know it and i know it. To keep it 100, it's gon take floyd awhile to take 50-50!

This fight was billed as a classic while Floyd JMM was seen as a mismatch, yet the numbers were close

Floyd also outsold Manny against 3 common opponents

In a perfect world it should be 50/50 but i think Floyd will ask for 60

Roach conceded to 50-50 pretty quickly after the numbers came to light and Ellerbe announced Mosley was a possibility. I think the fight will go ahead and Floyd will get around 53-47. He's the bigger draw, period.
