Now are both Floyd and Pac legit PPV sellers? of course...especially after fighting Oscar and Hatton...but the dance partner is still important. Maybe Pac and Floyd led the last time out...who knows. But they didn't lead for Oscar and Hatton. Although Cotto vs. Pac was more alluring to me and I would even say the majority of fans than seeiing Floyd fight JMM. Plus, wasn't that on the night of some big MMA major event???
I think Pac. vs. Cotto was on an MMA event but not sure how big it was compared.

Either way...fight needs to happen and they need to make out a fair deal. Either 50/50 or the winner gets the bigger share.

Oscar was the lead, a big YES, but Hatton as the lead and mainly responsible for the 870k buys in the US? I really doubt that Benny. Even in Ricky's homeland, the Pac/Hatton fight only sold 300K buys. Pacquiao was the lead there...

For me honestly, i bought that floyd-jmm fight because i know jmm and floyd were great fighters. Same as Pac-Cotto fights, i paid for it as i know these two deserves to make money as they really create entertainment and the fact that i like both fighters.

Now, with the jmm-floyd match, one part that made me bought that ppv is due to the hype since i thought either jmm makes a good show as a great warrior and/or floyd showing jmm that he's a force to be reckoned with and how dares this featherweight call out a WW and kills him in the proccess or at least KO's jmm, but what happened?

IT WAS THE BIGGEST SNOREFEST I PAID! I SWORN I WILL NEVER PAY FOR FLOYD'S FIGHT ANYMORE, whoever he fights!

That is what is interesting about Floyd vs PAC, they are similar in styles and Floyd being a true welterweight might be the difference if they are that close. If pacquiao or Floyd loses, hope fans won't rush and say that the loser of fight should retire and his career is over. Fans do that sooo much, especially with Cotto. Only Cotto knows if he wants no more of boxing.
I do agree that JMM did a mistake in moving to WW. Yeah hope fans won't rush and say bad things to the winner and discredits what they've made.

It will be a good fight Rob between Manny and Floyd. 50/50 split 147lbs.

By the way rob, you and Benny are good person. Tomorrow when I'm able to give Karma I will give you 2 a green K.

Yeah mellow Miguel did really help in selling the PPV on that fight. No doubt about it.

Well the PPV that we get was worth it.

Ah...you make a point. So Floyd would have the numbers in the US for Hatton while Hatton gets the numbers in Britain.
What were the numbers in the US for Hatton vs. Floyd?

Damn...seriously...why do any of us care this much?
I know we are just discussing because in the end we want to make sure this deal gets done and if it doesn't, we can blame one of the fighters...but:

None of us are making a dime off this fight (unless we bet) and actually many of us will be giving many dimes over to Pac and Floyd if the fight happens...so those bitches better make it happen with a fair deal of 50/50 or a purse split bonus with the winner getting the bigger share. Either way, those bitches will be getting a fleet of Gold coming their way even with a 50% split. It's the biggest fight out there for both.

Personally, I can actually care less at this point who wins...just fight. Except, winner fight Paul Williams because I want to see someone step up and fight the best in the division...although I admit it is a bit unfair for Pac so...maybe just Floyd has to if he wins. He hasn't really done anything of note at 147+ and I've always ripped him for that. Even Pac, ATG status and all isn't a big Win at 147 in my book. Yes, good win, but not Williams Great Win.
