Every fight is different. Its a night & day type fight. JMM is so much more skilled than Pac and once JMM felt Floyd's speed, he was super cautious after that. Then you can see when Floyd was coming at JMM, he was so worried about the counter because the way JMM stands, it looks like he can counter you in a heartbeat and Floyd knew that was JMM only chance to win. Now Pac will be right there all fight, he's much less fundementally sound, and is always off balance. This gives Floyd a ton of chances to land and be aggressive

Habits are hard to change. Even during the Marquez fight where Floyd was starting to walk down Marquez---he was still looking to counter if you saw that over right hand Mayweather did against Marquez after he tried a jab.

Obviously, Pacquaio is off balance at times and he will get tagged but I don't think Mayweather will walk down Pacquiao once he starts initiate the attack on Mayweather.

Very interesting both castillo and judah fought mayweather and both of them favor pacquiao. On a castillo side he said that pacquiao is much stronger and faster than floyd which i think is the more credible than zab because castillo has sparred with pacquiao.

Castillo fought Floyd seven years and two weight divisions ago. Right?

Marquez had actual fights (not sparring) with both guys. 24 rounds with Pac, 12 rounds with Floyd.

...and since Marquez wasn't on Pac's payroll (like Castillo), he could be fair.

Pac's greatest strength - his raw aggression and attacking instinct - is also his biggest weakness against Floyd. Every time he throws some leather Floyd will be looking for the counter. If Pac keeps getting tagged every time he opens up he could well run out of ideas somewhere near round six. Which is precisely the time Floyd puts his foot down in a fight.

definitely easier said than done. on paper, yes but when you're actually in the ring, floyd wont be able to shoulder roll and black all of pac's punches. they'll both get tagged. you make it seem like pac doesn't have comparable speed and throws slow, wide winging punches.
