Obviously Morrow is from Cali I think that it goes without saying that despite his South African heritage Christodolou is an "American" judge. He works in the US, has for a long time, and has done most of his big fights here.

His fight against Andrade was refereed by an American and 2 of 3 judges were American for that one as well. I don't remember any complaints.
I feel compelled to point something out here.

Andrade is quite simply, not American.

Europe (or "euro") isn't a single country.

I will say though that in 5 years on this forum and having discussed boxing with people from several Euro countries the great majority seem to have a huge chip on their shoulder when it comes to the US. They think it's a country filled with liars and cheats and they applaud out international failures and cheer out losses without even being able to explain why.

As someone who is proudly 50% Hungarian and 50% American I am truly glad that I have been able to enjoy the best of both worlds and understand exactly how pathetic and pointless the xenophobia is.
I think from personal experience, it's just that a lot of Fat Yanks spout their mouths off whilst knowing so little (witness the amount of ******s in this thread that "could care less" that Europe isn't a single country) so they like to act in kind. Of course, that then creates the impression that "Euros", etc. ,etc. It doesn't help that there are so many fairweather fans on here these days.

I remember when I first joined and this site was 90% Fat Yank. Someone did a "All euro fite's are alowwed two rabbit punch and fite dirrtee". This was from a Tyson fan.

I've only just realised that the Schnell Bot is fighting in the US. Does this mean his programming will have to be reset to activate around 2am GMT?

America has no interest in who wins this fight. There is no future superfight between Ward and "fighter x". Those are when most robberies happen in the US. For example, I was amazed Oscar didnt get the nod against Tito (even though he clearly won the fight) because he was the cash cow. We will rob you if you fight the cash cow in America. Places like the UK and Germany will do the same. Ref's will stop the action to stop someone like Hatton from getting knocked down/out so he can tie his shoes. Over the years you see alot of fighters get robbed and the three places that stick out to me are Germany, UK and Vegas. If the fight is in any of those 3 places I pray the fight wont go to the cards. Oh, and Kessler wont win if it is close, but he wont be out and out robbed even in Oakland. Ward isnt worth ruining the tourny and people will be ready to write it off if the pattern ends up "win by knock out or lose to the home fighter on the cards no matter how many rounds you win." If anyone else is robbed in the first round the tourny is in serious trouble.
