Marquez fight is stale. Yeah it was competitive and JMM even won more rounds but he had to throw it away by taking a Mayweather fight and not even making it competitive. Who the hell wants to see Pac-Marquez when Pac has completely outgrown Marquez....again. Marquez is chasing a shooting star when he had it in front him on two occasions and failed to do anything about it.

Hatton vs. JMM is a good fight, especially in England. Get it done and the winner gets back on the big stage and the loser can pretty much retire very respected.

I think it's a close fight as both guys are about equal in skills and speed with the power edge going to Hatton while the chin edge goes to Marquez.

First of all I never said Marquez wasn't a warrior. I'm a big fan of his. I loved his fight exposing Diaz as nothing more than an above average pressure fighter. I'm just saying, don't criticize Pacman for fighting at catchweights when Marquez does the same thing. I guess since you didn't read the rest of the post, you didn't see the rest of my logic. So ya, he failed to do anything about it. He had Pac hurt in the 8th round of the rematch and what does he do? Sit and counterpunch. Missed window, blown opportunity. Maybe he should stayed on his feet more instead of kissing the canvas.

i like marquez and i actually believe both of his fights with manny could have went either way but at this point in both of their careers and the different weight class marquez will be beaten and beaten badly. much respect for marquez for wanting the third fight
