Tennis has an incredible testing program and boxing should follow it. Year round, random testing with a phone-book size testing system of substances.
Something new? All the time.
Even the best in the business for drug testing has said that they are behind. They resorted to other methods they add on now. Take cycling for example: they use video and time evidence to compare performances as well as many other things based on the field in play.
Say you have 9 athletes on the track. 6 are caught with PEDs and all 6 are behind the top 3. That's a red-flag that the other three could be taking and taking something that is undetectable. Now bring it further to a year later. 9 athletes and nobody fails yet they have faster times than the previous year...except this time nobody fails. Red-Flag.
you know how to test an athlete? maybe you should test pacman or STFUComment

"Manny Pacquiao was 16 when he weighed 106, just like me, when I was 16, I was fighting at 106."
11:04:
"Manny Pacquiao weighed 106 when he was 16, just like Floyd Mayweather weighed 106 when he was 16."
So they both started at 106 at age 16.
At age 19, Floyd was at 130, Pac was at 112 (18 pounds difference).
At age 28, Floyd was at 147, Pac was at 130 (17 pound difference).
Numbers don't lie.
Floyd is on HGH and steroids.
Facts are facts.
YOU CAN'T DENY FACT.
