You guys still hasn't answered the question why is it not ok for fighting floyd at 145-147, but its ok to fight JMM at 140-135. What are you guys trying to do here? Please be consistent with your answers because i don't get it. What do you think of manny? Shape shifters, that he can bulk as many times he want? If you guys want him at WW let him be the weight he is confortable. He is now a big draw and a champion, roach knows he can do what ever they want? If you don't want it fine, you don't get to fight Pac? Simple as that

One would expect for that fight to take place at junior welterweight, but Roach would want that fight to be a welterweight title defense at, you guessed it, 145-pounds. [details]

Bull**** fight. Marquez is not even competitive at anything above 140.

145, 147, 140-whatever ; it doesn matter. Why? Because Manny/Floyd is a fair fight at whatever weight from 140-147 because of the size, speed, and skill level involved there.
But fighting Marquez at anything above 140 is not fair. Did you not see how fat and slow he looked at 144?
FFS!

I never said it was fair, man ; Floyd fucked him over on the scales, and on fight night.
He was a goddamn Junior Middleweight against Marquez that night, and as a Marquez fan ; it ****** having to watch such a solid guy like Marquez be taken advantage of like that by a ****head cheat like Floyd.
But on paper he beat him more convincingly.
Manny definitely beat the better version of Marquez, though.
Though I thought Juan Manuel won the rematch, but that's another debate, for another day.
