Oscar vs Tito was a promotion on epic levels, and if it were done today, the numbers would almost certainly be much higher with so many more people with PPV hookups.
Not just that go ahead an add all the 24/7 and advertising people would have even broken the pbf vs dlh record. Lastly not to mention those times boxing wasn't that dead there were few more other exciting boxers out there, jones, hopkins, tyson, vargas, chavez, etc right now boxing is dead as soon as a mega fight comes people would more likely see it. Before it was like a megafight was going down almost every week.

      cotto?

      ask arum!
How about david diaz?? lol that **** was a joke. Pac fights have been sold out also because of who he fights barrera, morales all exciting fighters those fights were because of them at that time pacquiao wasn't ****. JMM fight did also good numbers and dlh wonder why???? mexicans buy that **** of course philiphines too but when are you going to compare sales from mexicans and mexican-americans. Also puertoricans bring a good following along so is just not many.

Do you believe in arum??? he pulls numbers out from his ass but does he actually prove it??

What are you going to say next pac vs dlh was because of pac lol.

Once again proving that Cotto brought most of the Latinos and East coast ppv buys. I guess Pacquiao did not carry the PPV like many of his fans want you to believe. Is a shame Cotto got only 35% of the purse split.
            Yeap, thats common ****ing sense.

Pac sell the west and asians, Cotto sell the east and Latinos.

Pac is a great fighter and he has proven that, but he didnt sold this PPV alone!!!!

Here is the fact: (I'm not latino or Asians)

Puerto Ricans or Mexicans will afford to buy $45.00 ppv but can't afford
to go to Las Vegas and pay live fight.
Asians has tons of money and they populated the seat in Mandalay.

They will spend $300. per seat beside gamble the rest of their money in the slot.
