It should be the other way around. Why don't Floyd fight the top WW since he's a WW right? Manny just moved-in at 145 and he's a Jr. WW and he already fought one of the top WWs.

the only way maywether makes it look easy is if he 1: doesnt make weight like in the marquez fight. or\and 2:he decides not to engage with manny. if he does his boring boxing style then yes he'll beat manny. but if he decides to prove hes the best and actually try to beat manny then it could go either way.

Gaywheather excuses

Gaywheater just dont want to fight pacquiao by standing firm on his getting more share of the purse. And at the same time conditioning the mind of his follower that he can beat pacman even if the fight does not happen.
1. He said that pacquiao is one dimentional fighter. Thats what going to happen to him when they meet. He will become one dimentional fighter when he taste the solid punch of pacman he will become just defensive boxer trying to avoid the big punch coming to him. He will cover and run the whole time, praying and hoping that its already end of round 12.
2. He said pacquiao's opponent are washed up boxer when he met them. He seem that if he's beaten by pac his excuse is that he is washed up guy already. Since pac fought those guy almost the same age of gaywheather now. Except for Dela hoya who is mid 30's last year. At least Dela hoya did not get knockdown on his fight with pac unlike the trio of Hatton, Cotto & Diaz (is that what you call dead drain DLH at 147?) If his dead drain he will not survive those big, solid punches of pacman.

Now gaywheather just take the fight. No more excuses. Even your fu-- excuse of Pacquiao not calling you out.
