Why is mayweather obsessed with Pacquiao? I have never seen Manny talk about him. Sounds like a groupie.

Because Mayweather sees Pacquiao as the one true fighter he has to beat other than DLH. Pacquiao is the man, to be the man you beat the man. Mayweather is looking for getting "the man" in the ring. See? The rest of it is promotion, a way Mayweather is sure they will have no other way without looking like their ducking. Paul Williams would definitely let someone like that slip but Floyd is a master at getting these big fights. Best boxer of the decade Floyd "Money" Mayweather, most exciting fighter Manny Pacquiao. I wish Floyd would quietly make the fight let everyone crown Pac Man king and show who's really king of the hill on fight night. People don't like Floyd and that's fine but at least be real every thing he said is true. The only person I see beating Money May is Mosely, or should I say the only one with a chance. I don't think people remember before Shane Mosely moved up in weight he was dominating even more so than Pac Man. He could box, had the speed, chin, and the power. I think Shane Mosely v. Pac or Mayweather would be a greater fight. Cotto has all the heart in the world but I still don't know how he beat Suger Shane, didn't see that one coming.

Which idiot said that size wasn't a factor in the Marquez fight? Marquez is p4p better than Castillo was in his prime, yet he gave Mayweather two competitive fights. Why? Because he weighed about 10 pounds more than Mayweather on the night. Marquez couldn't hurt Mayweather - his power obviously doesn't carry up as well as Pacquiao's. If you can't hurt or pressure a bigger fighter then it's not going to be a competitive fight. Mayweather would have beaten him at any weight, but the fact that he couldn't even honour the catchweight sums it all up to me. He didn't want the risk at all.

In the past 10 years, floyd has had the better career....not to say pacquiao isnt up there, but he dominated the last 10 years....after de la hoya it was shaky for floyd but before that he was the best fighter period..he should be fighter of the decade...
