How do I know? The same way you know, we just do. Manny beat Cotto at 145, not at his best.

Shouldn't take their rankings that seriously. It's just how they see it, but not a fact. Everyone has their own list. I don't think making a debut with a crushing victory still justifies making a first appearance at #1 though. Being ranked 1st in a weight division says a lot about that fighter, and I don't think we can't make a case for Manny with just one fight, especially without one at 147lbs yet.

Glad you copied him because he's blocked and I cant see his posts and he's wrong. Rankings are theoretically based on who they think would beat whoever is below them. Floyd was number 2 after beating a lightweight Marquez, fact of the matter is Floyd would have been number 2 if he only announced his unretirement, it had nothing to do with beating Marquez. This is what makes this site so poor, lack of knowledge.

            mosley should be #1.

floyd shouldn't be top 5... he beat up a LW not a WW.

I dont get it. It says Pacquiao's got the WBO AND ring championship. But the 147lb champion spot is vacant.

Wrong again.....you are confusing weight division rankings with p4p rankings, which are a theoretical analysis. Weight division rankings are based on real world results.

A whole pound lighter than he was against Clottey

Logged out to see resistant made another error filled post. If rankings were based on real results Pac wouldnt be ahead of Shane because he hasnt beaten him. I know how this goes, making up things wont change how rankings really come about. Ring is bias, very bias, I dont take them serious anymore and neither should anyone with some knowledge of the sport.
