They were hard blows to be sure but it wasn't for that long and Cotto wasn't constantly pounding him even in the earlier rounds. I hope this isn't used as an excuse IF Floyd beats Pac

Possibly, they may affect him he's had a long career and taken a lot of blows, and Cotto is a very strong puncher. But he didn't take loads of shots in that fight so he should be fine, I don't there will be any effect on Pac.

Nah, I mean, he did take some blows but hardly anything that I'd expect to turn him into damaged goods overnight. The fight wasn't that grueling on his end.

I never saw him cut and the shots he took were very minimal. I thought he took a bigger beating at the hands of JMM. JMM cut him and hurt him in both of those fights. He looks much, much worse vs JMM.

Yup, Marquez did alot more damage.

it may have in the same way i think the cotto fight took something out of margarito.... possibly more so than it affected cotto himself...., pac did take a fair few hard shots and even if there not hurting him at the time there still damaging to the brain to an extent

only time will tell
