        i do all my bag work, mit work, shadow boxing and sparring in the evening

        i do my weight training 3 nights a week but only after my bag and mits. i like to burn the muscles before lifting

        i am changing my lifting though to lighter weights and higher reps. i am trying to lean this muscle out a little in my upper body.
