are you on crack? i said it was relatively easy to lose the 50lbs in 5 months by barely eating.

If you want to box you need to worry about working out instead of dieting. Eat what you eat and put in 3hrs a day working out and see what weight you are at in 3mos. From there you can go to an actual boxing gym and see what weight fits you best to fight in. Dont even go to a boxing gym until you're in better shape tho, you wont have the stamina for them to really help you.

I'm 29 yo, 6'0 and 205 pounds. I definitively have no chance in the world of boxing, because I am already too old for start, but do you think if I practice the sport it would help me to lose some weight? I used to be skinny, like 9 years ago my weight was 130 pounds, and in one year I gained deliberately almost 50 pounds, and every year I have gained a little bit more until my actual weight... I don't exercise at all, but might try if results are guaranteed... Actually I look a little overweight, but not so much, and wish to lose weight at the same time as gain some muscle...

Depends how hard you work, , and how bad you want it.
