I can bench 50 lbs
Never Drank Alcohol
Never did drugs
Smoked for 7 months (2 cigarettes a day) i now quit for almost a year
Ive been working out with a speed bag every other day. I can lose up to 7 lbs in one week by eating the following
Breakfast: 1 Cup of Raisin Bran
Lunch: Can of Campbell`s soup
Supper: Small portion of hamburger helper or something else but keep the meal as small as possible
snacks: 2 apples a day
Im not naturally strong. I think i can bench 50lbs ... and my natural walk around weight (IF I WAS SKINNY) would be 150 lbs .... maybe less
Ima keep doing that and see how i do

When i was 13 i lost 50 lbs in 5 months by eating less and drinking lots of orange juice. It was hard but i did it but i ended up getting gallstones cuz i lost weight fast lol.
But this begs the question....can i still make a career out of boxing
