i've got to go with his beat down of oscar. he was going against the face of boxing and was fighting someone who was so much bigger than him. he retired him and showcased a new boxing style no one knew he possessed.

If, if, if, while Pac has already 4 lineals and 7 divisionals. Which legacy do you think is more secure at the moment. Ifs don't mean **** if it don't happen.

Mayweather is the P4P king of coulda, woulda, shoulda, while Pac could, would, should and didda!

Too many. He ended up fighting fighters like Urango and Castillo because of that piece of trash belt. But Hatton and Malignaggi were the clear 1 and 2 of the division for the longest time by every boxing website and magazine. It went 1.Hatton 2.Malignaggi 3.Torres 4.Witter. Torres lost to Holt and Bradley did not beat Witter until training camps for the Hatton/Malignaggi fight were underway.

Juan Diaz was the plan for Pacquiao at 135 but wanted a tuneup to see if his power carried at 135 before a unification bout but Nate Campbell put a dent in that plan so they went ahead and took 15mil to fight Oscar. You as a floyd fan who defends the "business" side of the sport would be both a dumbass and a hypocrite to call that ducking.
so making 1 title defense of his newly won linear IBF title was "too many"

are you aware floyd made 8 title defenses of his wbc 130 title

and for the record hatton did not defend the IBF title at 140 against castillo or urango, hatton didn't have the balls or skills to defend any title he ever won

once again I am not going by magazines bcause hatton's record at 140 after zoo was:

        1. maussa
        2. urango
        3. castillo
        4. lazcano
        5. malinaggi

are you saying these bums he fought were better then:

        1. bradley
        2. holt
        3. torres
        4 alexander
        5. witter

and did malinaggi beat any of the above mentioned fighters all world champions and highly skilled?

The only title that matters at the end of the day is the HW title...Truth.

Ah, because Floyd couldn't go after Tszyu: Tszyu was on Showtime, Floyd was on HBO. The only way that fight was going to come off is if both made a big name for themselves to get the networks to come together to make a PPV fight. Floyd fought Gatti...upped his name. Tszyu fought Hatton...but lost. Fight canceled. Floyd wants Hatton, Hatton says "I'm not ready."

Floyd was the best at 140 even when Hatton was Champ. Didn't get the fight so he moved up.

We wouldnt know. 1,2, and 4 werent even champions until after Hatton/Malignaggi was inked and ready to go. But as far as rankings at the time every website, and magazine had Hatton and Malignaggi as the clear 1 and 2. Torres 3rd and Witter 4th. Bradley doesnt suddenly become the best at 140 by beating the number 4 in the division. And thats going by YOUR logic.
